Although built to exceed your expections, these kennels are not indestructible. They are not suited for pets who are untrained, have anxiety, or have chewing and/or mischevious tendencies. Also note, pet waste, especially urine, can damage your kennel's finish, and the wood it is constructed with. We highly recommend using a plastic kennel tray, available from other pet supply retailers.
Our kennels are custom ordered pieces, and as such, we do not allow returns or refunds. However, each kennel is guaranteed by a one year warranty, from the date of purchase, against any defect in our craftsmanship and hardware function. We will not warranty or repair any part of a kennel with damage caused from your pets.
